Founded by a creator whose perspective remains central to the brand, the company is entering a new phase of growth as we expand our team and ambitions.
This is an exciting time to join a company at a genuine inflection point. We’re no longer an early-stage project, but we are also not a mature institution. Many of the systems and processes that will define the company are being shaped in real time. Job Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Video Editor to support the production and post-production workflow across The Cutting Room Floor's growing slate of video content. Reporting to the DP/Video Editor, this role is an opportunity for an early-career editor, with a strong technical foundation, to further develop their craft within a highly collaborative and detail-oriented environment.
