We are hiring a Business Income Tax (BIT)/Withholding Income Tax (WIT) Advisor (Public Service Administrator Opt. 2) for our Taxpayer Assistance Division in Springfield, IL. This position is responsible for providing technical guidance and assistance in resolving operational issues, developing and implementing the BIT/WIT training curriculum, speaking at public outreach events, developing, reviewing and writing the BIT/WIT procedural manuals, and directs, coordinates, and participates in special projects and test teams. If you have strong analytical and oral/written communication skills, the ability to train individuals with highly diverse backgrounds, and current knowledge of Illinois and Federal sales tax laws, returns and documents, then we want you!
