The Path to Success (3-Week On-Site Training):
- Week 1 (The Foundation): Tuesday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM in our Minnetonka, MN classroom.
- Weeks 2 & 3 (The Launch): Get live on the phones with the team! Start anytime between 8 AM – 4 PM (30 hours total).
- Week 4+: Transition to your home office and start earning those bonuses!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connecting: Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a proven, easy-to-follow script.
- Scheduling: Setting up appointments for our expert sales team.
- Managing: Following up via email and keeping your digital records up to date.
- Winning: Overcoming objections and hitting targets to max out your monthly bonus check.

This role begins with essential in-office training at our
Minnetonka, MN location for three weeks before transitioning to a
fully remote position after training is complete.
Job Details - Pay: $16.50/hour plus bonus
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm PM (flexible after training, minimum 30 hours per week)
- Start Date: July 9th-Tuesday

Responsibilities As a Business Development Specialist, you will:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Manage email contacts and follow up on appointments
- Overcome objections and ensure a smooth sales process
- Complete required reporting duties
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- A friendly, chatty, and approachable personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High energy and a self-motivated, persuasive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
