Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery, traveling assignment in Laramie, Wyoming, United States. Start date 08/03/2026 for 8 weeks, with rotating shifts. Weekly pay range $2,870 to $3,081, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Work setting is a hospital in a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care for labor, delivery and postpartum patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within scope of practice.
- Administer medications, monitor maternal and fetal status, and respond to changes per protocols.
- Educate patients and families according to individual needs and care plans.
- Transcribe, utilize and implement physician orders; ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care standards.
- Coordinate the healthcare team and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel; collaborate with obstetric and neonatal teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and patient safety, while adapting to changing priorities and patient conditions.

Requirements
- Current Wyoming RN license; active and in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification required and maintained if performing circulating or recovery room duties for C-sections, as determined by the Department Director
- NRP certification current and maintained throughout employment
- Pediatric Care: PALS certification current if Pediatrics care is involved
- Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring within first year after orientation; Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring within three years of completion of labor orientation
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- NICU/special care nursery experience preferred
- Ability to work in Labor and Delivery and to operate rotating shifts
